RIGVEDV TECHNOLOGIES Hiring DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGIEER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and resolve IT tickets as per SLA.
- Troubleshoot VPN, Outlook (PST/OST), MSôfice issues.
- Handle Active Directory tasks (user creation, password reset, permissions).
- Configure domain/workgroup laptops, RAM, peripherals).
- Configure network printers.
- Provide remote/on/site user support and basic IT training.
- Manage 0365/M365 licenses and cloud tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills (English).
- Degree/Diploma (UGC/AICTE approved).
- Notice period less than 15 days.
- Previous relieving & experience letters required.
