Step #1:Install WP Table Builder Plugin in WordPress

1.Log in to Your WordPress Admin Panel:

2.Go to the Plugins Section

In the left sidebar, click on Plugins > Add New Plugin.

Step #2:Create a New Table in WordPress

Change Header Background Color

Go to the Settings tab on the left panel.

Click on the Background section.
Locate Header Background.
Click on the color picker next to it.
Select a gray shade from the color palette.
Click outside the color picker to apply the change.

To set all remaining rows to white color in WP Table Builder, follow these steps:

Go to the Settings tab on the left panel.
Click on the Background section.
Find the options:
- Odd Row Background
- Even Row Background
Click on the color picker next to each option.
Select White for both from the color palette.
Click outside the color picker to apply changes.

Step #4:Add Content to Table Cells

Column 1 (WordPress Hosting):

Add text for hosting providers (e.g., GreenGeeks, HostArmada, DreamHost etc.)

Column 2 (Starting Price From):

Enter pricing (e.g., $2.95/mo, $2.69/mo).

Column 3 (Free Domain):

If Domain is Free Add “Yes,” or “No,” else as per needed.

Column 4 (Website):

Drag and drop the Button element into each cell in the last column.

Set the button text (e.g., “Visit GreenGeeks”).

To set center-align all remaining row text in WP Table Builder, follow these steps:

Manually click on each row’s cell and set its alignment to Center.

Step #5:Customize the Button Style

To change the button color to blue, follow these steps:

Click on the button inside the table.
A settings panel will appear on the left side.
Look for the Button Color option.
Click on the color picker next to it.
Select a blue shade from the palette.
Click outside the color picker to apply the change.
If you have multiple buttons, repeat the same process for each one.

To change the button hover color to green in WP Table Builder, follow these steps:

Click on button inside the table.
The Button Settings panel will appear on the left.
Scroll down and find the Button Hover Color option.
Click on the color picker next to it.
Select a green shade from the palette.
Click outside the color picker to apply the change.
If you have multiple buttons, repeat the same process for each one.

To add the correct affiliate links or URLs to each button, follow these steps:

Click on the button inside your table.
The Button Settings panel will open on the left.
Find the Button Link (URL) field.
Enter the correct website URL (e.g., https://www.greengeeks.com/).
Repeat the same steps for all buttons.
Make sure each button has the correct affiliate URL for the respective service.

Step #6:Adjust Font Size for all text in WordPress

To change the font size of all text in WP Table Builder, follow these steps:

click on each cell or row and manually adjust the font size from the formatting options.

Step #7:Save and Insert the Table into a Post or Page

Click the Save button at the top-right corner to save the table

Go to WP Table Builder > Table List from your WordPress dashboard.

Find the table you just created.

Copy the shortcode (it will look something like [wptb id="1502" not found ]).

Open the Post or Page where you want to add the table.

Click the “+” button to add a new block.
